How long will my order take?
In-stock items are dispatched within 1 working day. Handmade-to-order items are lovingly created and dispatched within 5–7 working days.
Are all your products handmade?
Yes. Every item is handmade with care in the UK using high-quality fabrics, ensuring each piece is beautifully finished and unique.
Can I choose a different fabric?
Absolutely! Many of our handmade items can be made in your favourite fabric from our Fabric Library, allowing you to create something truly personal.
What sizes do you offer?
Most products are available from newborn through 10 years. The available sizes are listed on each product page.
Are your fabrics suitable for babies?
Yes. We carefully select soft, comfortable fabrics that are gentle on delicate skin and perfect for everyday wear.
What are your delivery options?
We offer Standard Delivery (2–5 working days) and Express Delivery (1–2 working days). Shipping is provided using trusted UK couriers.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. Please note that personalised or custom-made items cannot usually be returned unless faulty.
